Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and GL.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting tool building.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and close activities.
• Manage customer invoicing and billing with internal teams for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Support inventory procurement, management, and allocation accounting.
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and supporting documentation.
• Provide oversight of vendor and customer accounts.
• Analyze financial and operational information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and visibility.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, controls, and workflows.
• Assist with evaluation/implementation of new accounting/ERP systems.
