Gogo Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant in Broomfield to manage complex lease, fixed asset, and ARO accounting for network operations across 300+ sites. You will support monthly close, internal controls, and audits, while automating processes and ensuring SOX compliance in a publicly traded environment.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, hands-on experience with leases and fixed assets, and collaboration across departments. CPA preferred and travel is minimal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent
• 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls
• Hands-on lease, fixed asset, and ARO accounting experience preferred
• CPA license or candidate status is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle lease accounting
• Manage lease management system including contracts, amendments, renewals, terminations
• Prepare lease disclosure schedules for quarterly financials
• Manage fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, impairment, disposals
• Review CAPEX requests for proper classification and policy compliance
• Lead annual physical counts of fixed assets and impairment testing as needed
• Maintain ARO liability and retirement cost schedules
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries for leases and assets
• Support monthly/year-end close and reporting deadlines
• Coordinate with tax, internal/external audits and provide ad hoc reporting
