Job summary

Gogo is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage complex accounting for Lease, Fixed Assets, and Asset Retirement Obligations (ARO) within a SOX-controlled, publicly traded environment. The role supports monthly close, financial reporting, and external audits, ensuring accurate records per U.S.

GAAP. The candidate should have 4–6+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with lease and asset software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX internal controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-lifecycle lease accounting.
• Manage lease management software and contract records.
• Handle fixed asset lifecycle including depreciation, impairment & disposals.
• Support monthly close, reporting, and audits.
