Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Accountant, JV & VIE Accounting to manage consolidation, joint ventures, and VIEs. You will own monthly closes, prepare workpapers, and coordinate with accounting, finance, and legal teams.

This hands-on role focuses on accurate consolidation, intercompany transactions, and disclosures within a fast-moving program. You will work on reconciliations, journal entries, and partner reporting while maintaining SOX controls and leveraging NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience with consolidation, joint venture or structured entity accounting.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations and workpapers on a fixed close calendar.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting for assigned JV entities and investments, including monthly close and partner reporting packages.
• Support monthly close for VIE entities with entries and schedules.
• Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries, ensuring cross-entity alignment.
