CoreWeave is seeking an Accountant, JV & VIE to coordinate capital draw payments and manage draw packages within joint venture structures. You’ll track funding schedules, maintain calendars, and keep stakeholders informed across accounting, treasury, legal, and project teams.

This is a staff-level role and an entry point into JV accounting. The role sits with Leasing, JV, VIE and Construction Accounting and reports to the Manager, JV & VIE Accounting.

Competenze

• 1-2+ years of accounting, finance, treasury, or related coordination experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to catch discrepancies and seek approvals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups.

Mansioni

• Coordinate capital draw payments from request through funding.
• Prepare and assemble draw packages consistent with JV agreements.
• Track each draw against funding schedules and resolve open items.
• Own the capital draw calendar across multiple JV arrangements.
• Maintain current status views and timely reminders for approvals.
• Build relationships with JV partners and internal stakeholders.
