Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Treasury Accounting professional to manage the accounting for OEM and vendor financing arrangements, support debt and derivative activities, and ensure accurate monthly closes and quarterly/annual reporting.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Fixed Assets, AP, and Corporate Accounting to maintain schedules, reconciliations, and disclosures, while driving process improvements and cross-training across the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with detailed accounting schedules and large data sets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple close deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to explain accounting topics to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting SOX controls and internal or external audit requests.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where responsibilities may change.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary preparer for accounting related to OEM and vendor financing arrangements, including recurring monthly and quarterly close activities
  • Coordinate with Treasury on the execution of new OEM and vendor financing schedules and obtain / maintain supporting documentations
  • Partner with Fixed Assets to validate asset receipts and related information
  • Coordinate with AP and other teams to process OEM financing invoices and ensure timely entry
  • Prepare and maintain detailed amortization schedules for individual OEM and vendor financing arrangements
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to OEM and vendor financing arrangements
  • Maintain the consolidated OEM financing rollforward workbook and reconcile schedules to GL
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items between financing schedules, invoices, asset records, and GL
  • Prepare schedules for OEM and vendor financing disclosures in Forms 10-Q and 10-K
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for investments held through UBS brokerage
  • Prepare documentation for SOX controls and assist with audits
  • Support process improvements and automation for treasury accounting
  • Create and maintain cross-training documentation across the Treasury Accounting team
  • Participate in ad hoc projects supporting Treasury Accounting and CAO
