Topo Designs LLC in Denver, CO seeks an experienced accounting professional to own inventory costing, accruals, and landed cost under US GAAP. You will maintain the general ledger and NetSuite integrity while documenting positions and improvements.

You'll partner on month-end close, prepare reconciliations, and support audits and tax processes. This is a hands-on role on a small team requiring CPA and 3+ years of relevant experience, with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 3+ years of public or industry accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, including inventory costing and accruals.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Consumer products, retail or inventory-heavy industry experience is a plus.
• You're comfortable being both the technical expert and a hands-on preparer on a small team.

Aufgaben

• Own inventory accounting: landed cost, duty and freight accruals, inventory adjustments and reserves.
• Research and document accounting positions under US GAAP.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and general ledger integrity in NetSuite.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Prepare accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and other non-routine journal entries.
• Prepare P&L and balance sheet flux analysis for the monthly close package.
• Serve as primary contact for the annual review of our financial statements and prepare PBC items.
• Support sales and use tax audits with technical analysis.
• Write process narratives and close procedures.
• Help build and test close automations, including AI-based workflows.
