Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of General Ledger Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control best practices.
• 1+ year of NetSuite experience.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, SUMIF).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support NetSuite administration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
