• Proficiency with Excel and handling large data sets.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting activities including journal entries for property operations.
• Manage high volume accruals and prepaid expense allocations (70–80%).
• Prepare and maintain property-related accruals, including HOA accruals and prepaids.
• Calculate, record, and reconcile prepaid expense allocations for accurate reporting.
• Perform bank and GL reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with accurate journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
