Job summary

Best Cheer Stone (BCS) seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to support multi-entity operations and deliver actionable financial insights to leadership in Anaheim, CA. You will own general ledger activities, intercompany reconciliations, and cost analyses, reporting to the Group Finance Manager.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, month-end close, and deep-dive financial analysis to drive operational improvements across distribution, warehousing, and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and consolidations.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).

Responsibilities

• Review general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and support financial consolidation.
• Produce customized analyses and management reports for leadership.
• Analyze inventory, freight, landed costs and related variances.
• Support internal controls, ERP usage and audit preparation.
