Best Cheer Stone, Inc. in Anaheim, CA seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to support multi-entity operations and deliver actionable financial insights to leadership. You will manage general ledger, intercompany reconciliations, and variance analysis while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance.

The role requires strong ERP experience (Dynamics NAV/BC) and advanced Excel skills, with manufacturing/wholesale exposure a plus. Reports to Group Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and strong GL experience.
• GAAP knowledge with month/year-end closing.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics NAV/BC) and Excel.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Independent work with strong communication and organization.

Responsabilités

• Review, journal entries, reconciliations; support month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions across entities.
• Provide customized analyses and management reports.
• Analyze inventory costs, gross margins, and variances.
• Support controls, audits, and process improvements.
