Job summary

LeoForce in Seattle seeks a Permanent Senior Accountant - Intercompany to lead all intercompany accounting processes, including billing, settlements, eliminations and reconciliations. You will support audits and work with multiple departments to improve cross-entity finance workflow.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in intercompany accounting, a degree in accounting or finance, and strong Excel and accounting software skills. This is a hybrid role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of intercompany accounting experience, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Solid understanding of intercompany accounting processes, including billing, settlements, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Experience assisting with audit requests, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) is considered an asset.
