Job summary

Talenteeds is seeking an experienced Accountant to join a fast-growing industrial company in San Diego. The role will oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will lead month-end and year-end closes, assist in budgets and forecasts, conduct financial analysis, and ensure GAAP compliance while coordinating with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations: AP/AR, GL, payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes for timely reporting.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts with key financial insights.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Coordinate with external auditors on regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning.
• Mentor junior staff to support professional growth.
