Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Accountant II for the Live Nation Concerts division. This role blends transactional and intermediate-to-advanced accounting work in a primarily remote setting with occasional visits to the Beverly Hills office.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and CPA/MBA preferred. Oracle experience is a plus, with strong analytical and communication skills to support month-end close and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close tasks including preparation of general ledger entries and analysis as assigned.
• Review period close submissions and assist in month/quarter end reporting package consolidation
• Perform detail reviews of regional and/or divisional balance sheets and bank reconciliations ensuring timely completion and documentation
• Complete divisional balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations as assigned by management
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Maintain, control and reconcile accounts that are moderate to very complex in nature
• Assist divisional management team in completing corporate or executive management ad hoc requests
• Assist with special projects as assigned
