Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll processing, GL, and reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of payroll practices and payroll-related accounting.
• Familiarity with federal/state regulations and GAAP.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and ADP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing and related accounting entries.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Analyze accruals and prepare journal entries.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management.
