Job summary

Diamond Select, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting and the month-end close from South Carolina–Downtown. You will drive reconciliations, strengthen controls, and partner with FP&A and business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 4–6 years of hands-on experience under US GAAP, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online, and CPA/CMA is a plus. Hybrid work: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with strong US GAAP.
• Demonstrated history of owning a complete month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Month-End Close end-to-end: manage journal entries, accruals, pre-paids, allocations, and deferred items.
• Drive reconciliations: reconcile revenue, lender activity, invoices, and cash receipts across QuickBooks Online, Tableau, and supporting workbooks.
• Oversee AP/AR & Cash: manage vendor setup, Bill.com accounts payable processing, customer invoicing, cash receipts, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Strengthen controls & processes: document and improve accounting policies, SOPs, and workflows while supporting audits and regulatory requests.
