Job summary

CINC Systems in Duluth, GA is seeking a Senior Accountant to own a broad set of balance sheet reconciliations, support the monthly close, and partner with FP&A, Sales, and Billing to strengthen internal controls.

You will manage multiple entities, work cross-functionally, and drive close efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a hybrid schedule of one day onsite per week.

Successful candidates bring 4+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• ERP systems proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and reconciliations across entities.
• Own sales tax reconciliations and Avalara linkage to NetSuite.
• Prepare lease accounting entries and intercompany journal entries.
• Support audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist with AP/AR and billing analysis as needed.
