Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage operational accounting for its multi-location hospitality operations. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, oversees reconciliations, and supports month-end close while partnering with internal teams to maintain compliance.

This position requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of Great Plains (Dynamics GP), and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Strong Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP) experience required.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, balances, cash activity and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reconciliations of revenue, cash, cards, and banking; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable activities: invoicing, aging, collections, GL reconciliation.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reporting, including sales tax workpapers and payroll reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operations to strengthen cash controls and timely reporting.
