Atrium is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close across multiple hospitality entities in Orlando, FL. The role emphasizes strong Great Plains experience, Excel skills, and hospitality accounting exposure.

The position includes oversight of revenue and cash activity, AR, and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in a multi-unit environment. DOE applies, salary range shown is $80k-$90k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close.
• Strong Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP) experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, cash activity, and financial reporting.
• Hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue, cash, credit card, and banking reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, aging, collections, and GL reconciliation.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial and compliance reporting, tax workpapers, payroll reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operations to strengthen cash controls and timely reporting.
