This advanced role requires leadership on cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to GAAP and GASB standards, and guiding junior staff while liaising with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a 4-year college with accounting/finance/business major.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and governmental accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze revenues, expenditures and fund accounts with GAAP compliance.
• Prepare budget analyses, cash flow projections and multi-year plans.
• Oversee payroll cycle, tax compliance and audit support.
