Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with emphasis on accounting.
• Two years of relevant experience, or a combination equaling six years.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform core accounting transactions with cost transfers, journal entries, and payment requests.
• Reconcile and analyze accounts, research discrepancies, and validate data.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation and reports including invoices and schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable; generate invoices, record receipts, and track collections.
• Support audits by gathering documentation and coordinating issue resolution.
• Contribute to cross-department projects with accurate financial analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with emphasis on accounting
