Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks a senior accounting professional to oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting, GL reconciliations, payroll support, and government contracting requirements.

You will collaborate across departments to drive process improvements and prepare schedules for audits and DoD cost principles. The role requires strong Excel skills, CPA progress, and multi-entity experience; some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with an Associate's Degree.
• 4+ years with a Bachelor's; 2+ years with a Master's.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with DoD contracting and FAR cost principles.
• Cost accounting experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Payroll, tax, and multi-entity accounting experience.
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• UNANET GovCon experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Assist capital expenditure, debt, and lease schedules.
• Support tax compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Support DCAA compliance and reporting.
• Ensure GAAP and government contracting compliance.
• Assist external audits and provide schedules.
• Perform subcontract reconciliations and closeout support.
• Review travel expenses and corporate card transactions for policy compliance.
• Assist AP/AR with Finance as needed.
• Support T&M administration through labor reconciliations and travel audits.
• Collaborate with operations, contracts, and PM to support objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
