Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or similar Business Degree with accounting work experience.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile general ledgers and sub-ledgers in a timely manner.
• Maintain internal controls over accounting functions.
• Coordinate with auditors during audit periods and respond to information requests.
• Coordinate with Finance & Senior Staff on inter-program fund accounts and related transactions.
