Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years public accounting or 4 years corporate accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly close including journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll, labor expenses, cost allocations, and capitalization.
• Help develop and refine allocation methodologies across international business operations.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and contribute to quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Work with HR and Finance to ensure accurate expense classification and departmental reporting.
• Assist with audit preparation, financial statement support, and internal control documentation.
• Evaluate existing accounting procedures and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Support accounting initiatives related to acquisitions, debt financing, and other nonroutine transactions.
• Research accounting questions, resolve discrepancies, and recommend improvements to reporting processes.
