CB Partners, LLC in Denver seeks an Accountant to support full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy of financial records. You will be involved in month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash management, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain bank, general ledger, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Monitor cash activity and maintain cash balances.
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity reporting efforts.
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed.
• Analyze accounting data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work across multiple legal entities and accounting structures.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
