Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC in Denver, CO seeks an autonomous Senior Accountant to support the monthly close, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts, with a focus on cash, allocations, and capitalization.

You will collaborate with the global finance team, help design allocation processes, assist in financial reporting, and participate in non-routine projects such as real estate transactions and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years at a major public accounting firm or 4+ years in accounting required.
• Real estate industry experience preferred but not required.
• SOX knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations for monthly close.
• Assist design and improvement of global allocations processes.
• Prepare monthly internal financial reporting and assist in audits.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors and provide year-end documentation.
• Write process and policy documentation and support automation efforts.
