Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant in Denver, CO to join the Accounting Operations team. The role focuses on monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and improving global allocations with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include preparing internal financial reports, supporting audits, and participating in process automation. A strong GAAP background and real estate accounting exposure are preferred, with hybrid in-office work policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years at a major public accounting firm or 4+ years in accounting.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
• Payroll accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations, including cash, allocations, and capitalization.
• Assist in design and improvement of global allocations processes and internal controls.
• Oversee expense reimbursements and proper classification across departments.
• Prepare monthly internal financial reporting and assist with quarterly/annual statements.
• Support year-end audits and provide documentation to auditors.
• Participate in non-routine projects such as real estate acquisitions and debt financing.
