Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including internships or public accounting.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with close processes, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review account reconciliations for accurate records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities.
• Support internal financial reports, schedules, and analyses.
• Monitor cash activity and assist forecasting and treasury processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Maintain supporting documentation and reporting for activities.

The Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process, account reconciliations, cash management, financial reporting, and various special projects that support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple entities
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports, schedules, and analysis
• Monitor cash activity, assist with forecasting efforts, and support treasury-related processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of financial transactions
• Maintain supporting documentation and reporting related to ongoing business activities
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and strengthen controls
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to information requests from internal and external parties
• Participate in cross-functional projects and other accounting initiatives as needed
• Support the overall integrity and reliability of financial information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, including internships or public accounting experience
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience supporting close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting and reporting systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPA eligible, pursuing certification, or public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Business Central, Solver, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is a plus
