Woodbridge is seeking an experienced accountant to join our Georgia team. The role supports manufacturing financial operations, including cost accounting, journal entries, and month-end close, in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree, 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with CMS software. CPA is preferred. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, coaching, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree and three to five years of general accounting experience in a manufacturing accounting environment.
• CPA Certification is preferred but will substitute for experience.
• Strong Excel skills and basic Microsoft Word skills.
• Thorough understanding of the accounting modules of CMS software and standard costing.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily cash activity, forecast cash balances and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and confirm the reconciliation of accounts payable & receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Maintain prepaid and accrued balances and report on contents of each.
• Prepare monthly related party transactions and coordinate balances with related parties.
