Job summary

Woodbridge Group in Georgia is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. You will manage daily cash activity, prepare journal vouchers, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to the general ledger.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree with 3–5 years in manufacturing accounting; CPA preferred but not required. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of CMS software and standard costing are essential.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree with 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• CPA certification preferred but may substitute for experience.
• Strong Excel skills and basic Microsoft Word skills.
• Thorough understanding of CMS software and standard costing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cash activity and forecast cash balances.
• Prepare journal vouchers and reconcile AP/AR to the GL.
• Prepare monthly related party transactions and coordinate balances with related parties.
• Coordinate with external auditors and annual tax package preparation.
• Keep area neat and follow safety and work instructions.
