Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced, global team. You will manage inventory movements, assist revenue cycles, cash applications, and AR, while supporting treasury tasks and cross-training across accounting functions.

This role requires 5+ years of general accounting experience, Big 4 CPA, and strong knowledge of ASC 330 and ASC 606. You’ll work remotely in a dynamic environment with opportunities to influence processes as AG1 expands internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general accounting experience with manufacturing/inventory focus.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 330 and ASC 606 and a CPA license (Big 4 preferred).
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Floqast is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels between NetSuite and global 3PL network.
• Evaluate price/quantity variances and communicate impacts.
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain on fluctuations and risks.
• Account for cash payments from customers to bank deposits.
• Reconcile revenue streams across multiple countries.
• Perform treasury activities: cash reporting, wire transfers, journal entries.
• Cross-train to cover Cash, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Leases.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts using Floqast & NetSuite.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
