WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the accounting team based in Seattle, WA. You will support month-end close, general ledger activities, and statutory reporting under US GAAP, collaborating with global affiliates.

The role reports to the Corporate Controller and offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to base salary. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, and have at least 3+ years of related experience with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA & public accounting experience preferred.
• 3+ years in roles with similar responsibilities.
• Strong grounding in US GAAP and month-end close.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist month-end closing of the general ledger with journal entries.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and reviews.
• Ensure estimates, accruals, prepayments and reserves are supported.
• Review trial balance and financial statements for accuracy.
• Own fixed assets accounting and overseas transaction updates.
• Research accounting guidance and advise on treatments.
