Job summary

Keelson Management, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the general ledger, month-end close, and consolidation in a fast-paced global environment. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support audits while guiding a small team.

In this role you’ll apply US GAAP, maintain asset and balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with US GAAP and month-end close processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and consolidation process.
• Prepare and record journal entries for all business areas.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and provide documentation.
• Assist AP, AR, Tax, and Revenue with accounting support.
• Mentor staff accountants and drive process improvements.
