WatchGuard Technologies, a global network security leader, seeks an experienced accountant to support the general ledger and month-end close. You will ensure GAAP compliance, develop policies, and contribute to the monthly closing process while coordinating with international teams.
The role reports to the Corporate Controller and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across all levels of the company. CPA and public accounting background are preferred.
The WatchGuard accounting team is primarily based in Seattle, WA with numerous accountants around the world supporting international operations. This position reports to the Corporate Controller and is responsible for various aspects of the general ledger, including company compliance with GAAP, policy development, and the monthly closing process.
The base salary range is $90,000–$110,000 per year for full‑time employment, exclusive of benefits. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
