Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting financial consolidations and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting relationships.
• Experience translating financial data into insights and metrics.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly financial results across global units.
• Support quarterly and annual external reporting, including Form 10-Q/10-K portions.
• Provide guidance on enterprise reporting methodologies and consolidation practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and governance.
• Identify process improvements and enable reporting automation.
