Caterpillar Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Accountant - Corporate Consolidations & Reporting to consolidate monthly results and support external reporting.

You will bridge legal entity accounting with management reporting, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and business units to ensure accurate, complete consolidated information. The role offers onsite work five days a week with broad exposure to global operations, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting financial consolidations, management reporting, financial reporting, or corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement relationships.
• Experience analyzing financial data and translating findings into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly financial results across Caterpillar's global business units.
• Support preparation and review of consolidated results for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial information and investigate variances for accuracy.
• Assist in external reporting requirements and disclosures.
• Collaborate on enterprise reporting methodologies and governance standards.
