Job summary

CDK Global in the United States seeks a Senior Accountant, Consolidations and Reporting to support US GAAP financial statements, disclosures and MD&A. You will partner with the financial systems team, FP&A, tax, treasury, and external audit to ensure accurate analysis and timely reporting.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to drive process improvements, maintain FCCS consolidation hierarchies, and respond to audit requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years public company accounting or SOX experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting controls.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems; ability to communicate analyses.
• Ability to lead projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements with footnotes and MD&A.
• Support reporting packages for private equity owners and schedules validation.
• Maintain consolidation hierarchies and mappings in FCCS.
• Assist with government census reporting and stand-alone statements.
• Support internal and external audit requests and SOX compliance.
