• Lead forecasting and financial performance reporting for decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
• Coach and mentor accounting professionals and build high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, tax, treasury, and leaders to align accounting with strategic objectives.
• Evaluate and resolve complex accounting issues with business-focused solutions.
