Role focuses on managing close cycles, reconciliations, and governance while mentoring accounting professionals to build a high-performance team. Onsite work and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to create, interpret, and manage complex financial reporting processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Proven skill in identifying root causes, evaluating alternatives, quantifying risks, and solving accounting challenges.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis principles, tools, and methods to evaluate performance.
• Experience leading teams, setting performance expectations, coaching, and developing talent.
• Ability to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and implement sustainable efficiency gains.
• Capacity to assess financial and operational information, balance risks and opportunities, and make sound recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and delivery of accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, close processes, and reporting activities.
• Ensure GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and policy compliance across the organization.
• Develop reporting and analytical processes that provide actionable business insights.
• Lead forecasting and performance reporting to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, systems, and controls.
• Coach and mentor accounting professionals while building a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, tax, treasury and business leaders for alignment.
• Evaluate and resolve complex accounting issues and propose solutions.
