Job summary

Viya Health seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. This role leads intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the HQ month-end close process.

The candidate will collaborate with country finance teams, ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance, and drive improvements in reporting accuracy and timeliness across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Extensive month-end and year-end close experience.
• Exposure to audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual group consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities.
• Own HQ revenue and sales accounting including CIN7 reconciliation.
• Lead month-end and year-end close across the global entity.
• Prepare management accounts and KPI dashboards with variance analysis.
• Support ERP upgrades, automation, and governance.
• Assist auditors and ensure compliance with policies.
• Mentor Accounting Assistant and drive process improvements.

Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

CPA/ACCA preferred

7+ years accounting experience

Multinational / multi-entity exposure
