Job summary

Alamar Biosciences in the United States is seeking a Senior Accountant to own key close processes, reconcile accounts, and support global consolidation. You will partner with the Senior Accounting Manager to ensure accuracy of financial records and maintain internal controls.

The role covers fixed assets, sales/use tax, intercompany accounting, audits, SOX, and public-company reporting, with collaboration across FP&A, Operations, and Tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Five+ years of progressive accounting experience, including monthly/quarterly close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and reporting for designated entities, including monthly close and reconciliations.
• Support global consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and tax reporting (sales/use tax).
• Support external audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, Procurement, Payroll, Tax.
