Job summary

United Safety and Survivability Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant - Americas to own the full close cycle, drive process discipline, and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will partner with FP&A, Treasury, and Operations, leading staff through month-end activities and ensuring controls align with corporate policy.

The role requires 5–7+ years of accounting experience, multi-currency expertise, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-currency, global company environment.
• End-to-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting experience.
• ERP systems proficiency; experience with Syteline, Coupa, LucaNet, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review month-end and year-end close activities.
• Own general ledger and reconciliations with timely resolution of open items.
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial statements.
• Support intercompany accounting and fixed assets management.
• Provide regular reporting to Finance leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Assist audits and strengthen internal controls.
