Job summary

Quo is a remote-first company transforming how small businesses connect with customers. We seek a Senior Accountant to own core close tasks, manage AP/AR/payroll for multi-entity operations, and ensure accurate reconciliations across borders.

You will collaborate with the Finance team, influence process development, and support audits. A strong US GAAP background and 4+ years in full-cycle accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with ownership of month-end close.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge with hands-on reconciliations and accruals.
• Experience with a modern accounting system and expense/AP tools.
• Payroll accounting concepts: gross-to-net, retirement contributions, leave pay.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close tasks and related journal entries.
• Maintain AP, AR, and payroll accounting clean across multi-entity operations.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile per pay run; resolve discrepancies.
• Support intercompany accounting, audits, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Improve manual, error-prone processes and streamline reconciliations.
