Job summary

Spectro Cloud is hiring a Senior Accountant to own Accounts Payable and payroll, driving a high-volume AP workload and monthly US payroll while supporting global payroll processing. You’ll report to the Director of Global Accounting and work with the FP&A team in a fast-scaling startup.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, hands-on NetSuite experience, and comfort working across multiple jurisdictions. Competitive compensation and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience in a SaaS startup or public to private mix.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume AP and T&E.
• Experience overseeing offshore accounting resources (India preferred).
• Multi-entity, multi-country payroll experience; familiarity with Deel or similar PEO providers and Rippling preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable for the business.
• Run monthly US payroll and assist with UK/Ireland and other countries.
• Own wage and overtime calculations, payroll tax filings, and GL recording.
• Support month-end close for AP, T&E, and payroll and related reconciliations.
• Collaborate with global accounting and FP&A teams across time zones.
