Job summary

E-Space is hiring a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team in a fast-paced startup environment. You will gain broad exposure across general accounting, NetSuite, accounts payable, audit and tax support, and work with a CPA candidate or licensed CPA.

This full-time, on-site role is based at our Saratoga, CA location or Arlington, TX location. The compensation reflects a competitive package for a senior accountant with NetSuite expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA candidate (actively pursuing) or active CPA license preferred.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, startup/tech/manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required; advanced users preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable, vendor management, and payment processing.
• Inventory and COGS accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash-in-transit, and credit card statements; resolve variances.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
