Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the growing accounting team, supporting day-to-day corporate accounting, month-end close, and system/process improvements. You will work with international entities as Scale expands globally, contributing to high-value aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a track record of building scalable cross-functional relationships through processes. CPA/CPA-progress preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or in progress preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience; mix of public and industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; GL functions and close process experience preferred.
• Audits preparation experience preferred; proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals and day-to-day accounting activities supporting month-end close.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and clean historical balances.
• Collaborate on metrics, forecasts, and monthly reporting package.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
