Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Professional designations such as CPA, CMA or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with partners.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide insights to management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Experience with MS Office and Financial Reporting Software (TM1, Essbase, Hyperion).

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and analyze financial data for variance analysis and accuracy.
• Support development of complex financial analyses for KPIs (production, profitability, expense management).
• Prepare analyses to support budgets and forecasts.
• Review internal management reports for compliance with policies and standards.
• Prepare external statements under GAAP, SEC and STAT as needed.
• Perform financial controls in line with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring.
