Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, and/or professional designations such as CPA or CMA.
• Experience with accounting theory and practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business partners.
• Ability to analyze data to interpret trends and provide insights to management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Financial Reporting Software (TM1, Essbase, Hyperion).

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and analyze financial data for variance analysis and reporting.
• Support development of complex financial analyses for KPIs (production, profitability, expense management, staffing).
• Prepare analyses to support financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Review components for internal management based financial reporting in line with policies.
• Prepare external financial statements including GAAP, SEC and statutory accounting principles.
• Perform financial controls under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Prepare and review documentation for internal and external audits.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring.
