Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Associate degree and equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including application of GAAP principles
• Informal leadership or mentoring experience (preferred)
• Healthcare accounting experience (preferred)
• CPA designation (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, audit preparation, vendor payments, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform advanced accounting work independently.
• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accounting analysis and GAAP-compliant reports.
