Qualifications

CPA license or actively pursuing CPA.

Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manages the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up to date.
Prepares comprehensive financial reporting packages that highlight performance and trends.
Executes the month-end close process efficiently to meet reporting deadlines.
Ensures strict adherence to GAAP standards across accounting operations.
Performs complex balance sheet reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
Supports internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Coordinates tax preparation activities to ensure compliance.
Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain cash flow.
Collaborates on budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support growth.
